Emre Beycan received the Bachelor degree in Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2018. He did an internship via Erasmus+ Program at the neurology clinic in Milan/Italy in 2018. His background mainly focused on clinical trials for neurologic especially stroke patients.

He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Department of Biomedical Engineering, advised by Dr. Yu Haoyong. He is currently working on development and validation of the lower-limb rehabilitation robot with exercise-specific-games (exerGame) for post-stroke patients.
