Dr. Myo Thant Sin AUNG received his B.E. degree from Mandalay Technological University, Myanmar, M.E. degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and Ph.D. (Eng.) degrees from Kyushu University, Japan, in 2006, 2008, and 2015, respectively, all in Mechanical Engineering. From September to November 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Control Engineering Laboratory, Kyushu University.

He is currently a Research Fellow in Biorobotics Laboratory, National University of Singapore. His is working on control and noise filtering algorithms oriented for physical human-robot interaction and biomedical applications.
