Dr Harold Teng is currently Associate Director of C4NGP. He helps run the day-to-day operations of the Centre and is in-charge of industry outreach and business development. He was previously an associate lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). His past research and teaching interests lie in cross-border business & international trade; logistics and supply chain management; small and medium-sized enterprises etc. He was formerly with the private sector in manufacturing and was based in China; set-up and headed the Vietnam office, before returning to the Singaporean office for the same company. He has ran his own company; served in the Singapore Civil Services in the former Ministry of Information, Communication & the Arts; & in International Enterprise Singapore. He has a B.Econ; M.Econ; GDip Mgt Res; & PhD from Australia. He also completed a Diploma (Conversion) in Marine & Offshore Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
