We were honoured to be invited by the Netherlands Embassy of Singapore to be a guest of their panel discussion, at their ITS Logistics Seminar –  Effective City Logistics in Singapore and the Netherlands.

The session covered current trends (AI, Robotics) and showcase projects that create a more efficient and sustainable sector.

Assistant Professor Dr Li Haobin, representing our 2 research centres – Centre for Next Generation Logistics (C4NGL) and Centre of Excellence in Modelling and Simulation for Next Generation Ports (C4NGP), spoke of our vision to build a smart digital twin for the both next generation ports and next generation logistics using our own O²DES.NET framework and the development of a standard mark-up language Port ML and Warehouse ML.
