The event was supported by the Singapore Maritime Institute (SMI) and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). The event was held at Shaw Foundation Alumni House, NUS.

The theme was “Smart Analytics for Maritime and Logistics Systems”.

The goal was to provide a forum for participants from world universities and industry to exchange ideas on the latest trends, research developments, and practical applications in maritime systems and urban logistics.

We have the honour of Dr Sanjay Kuttan, Executive Director, SMI to deliver our opening speech.

A highlight of LOGMS2019 were the best paper competition, which saw the parallel session of quality paper presentations from students and regular submissions all over the world.

There were plenty of opportunities for networking among colleagues, academic participants and industrial partners. A tour was organised to view the upcoming mega port in Singapore and a fun-filled Gala dinner was held at the Raffles Marina for all our participants and supporters.
