Carl Chung obtained Master of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2006. He has over 10 years’ industry experience in Business Application Design & Development, Application Performance Optimization and Data Relationship Analysis. He accumulated substantial experience on leading application development and deployment support teams and project management.
