Monica Jethra is currently working as an Engineer(IT) in C4NGP group at the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering & Management at NUS. Before joining NUS, she has worked as a software engineer for 12 years. Her research interests include simulation-based optimization techniques, machine learning, supply chain productivity, risk mitigation and analyzing the role of real-time information.
