Shao Changying is a Research Engineer at the Centre of Excellence in Modelling and Simulation for Next Generation Ports (C4NGP) at the National University of Singapore. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Minzu University of China (2012), a Master’s degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University (2018), and a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the National University of Singapore (2022). She has experience in finance, transportation system modelling and port simulation optimization.
