reActo’s core technology started in 2014 at the Electrochemical Water Treatment group (EWaT) of the National University of Singapore that is led by Prof Olivier Lefebvre. He and his team developed and engineered an electrochemical advanced oxidation process (EAOP) based on high performing 3D carbon electrodes coated with graphene.
