You will be part of a project team involved in the planning and management of demolition projects and structural enhancement works.

What you will be working on
Your duties will include coordination and management of the tendering process and project management by private consultants. The job scope also includes feasibility studies and analysis for structural engineering problems, managing post-construction, building maintenance, and improvement works in HDB estates; as well as providing technical solutions for engineering & maintenance feedback.

What we are looking for

You will be part of a team involved in planning & conducting reviews and studies in the civil and structural engineering aspects and technical evaluation for proposed structural addition and alteration (A&A) works to existing buildings.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree / MSc / PhD

Other Requirements

• Fresh graduate; or a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of working experience.
• An understanding of the relevant local building codes.
• Knowledge of design and analysis of structures under dynamic loading and Finite Element Modelling.
• Knowledge of blast engineering standards.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
• Effective written communication and report writing skills in English.
• Design and analysis of structures under dynamic loading.
• Produce technical drawings using software tools.
