One of showcases is a novel water purification system integrated with UV LED and photocatalyst. The system uses UV LED to substitute the conventional mercury lamp, and adopting the idea of advanced oxidation to achieve simultaneous water disinfection and purification. It is a good example to demonstrate the applications of UV LED in disinfection and purification, which will be the main driven force of UV LED market in the following years.
