The Green Doctors Programme, a student initiative led by Ms Sophia Ding Ning Ke and <\/span>Ms Su Yee Shien, was featured through Lian He Zao Bao on 21 May 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Their project focuses on salvaging plastic and aluminum materials from medicine strips. By separating the two materials, both materials can then be sent to the respective recycling companies.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, the results of their project will see lowered medical waste footprint, and a renewed life for the upcycled materials.<\/p>\n
