Dr Tan initiated the use of all existing piles built 40 years ago which is the first large-scale Singapore project. CapitaSky 185m tall, 29-storey Grade A Office Building is the 1st Commercial Redevelopment Building in the Central Business District (CBD) to REUSE 100% of Existing Bored Piles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The reuse of all existing piles saved 8,400 tonnes of concrete and contributed 37% reduction in carbon emissions.
