As part of Woh Hup (Private) Limited\u2019s 90th anniversary celebrations, the leading privately-held construction and civil engineering specialist, has gifted NUS CEE – Civil & Environmental Engineering a cheque worth S$1 million to set up the Woh Hup Visiting Professorship.<\/p>\n

Through the Woh Hup Visiting Professorship, NUS Engineering will be able to invite leading experts, researchers, scholars and\/or practitioners in the civil and environmental engineering field to the Faculty to conduct public lectures or short courses, where they can share their experiences, knowledge as well as best practices.<\/p>\n

According to NUS Engineering Dean Professor Chua Kee Chaing, the gift \u201cwill play a key role in strengthening and deepening [NUS Engineering\u2019s] knowledge base\u201d as well as \u201ccontribute towards advancing the frontiers of education and research in the field of civil and environment engineering\u201d.<\/p>\n
