Our heartiest congratulations to Dr Jinbo Chen on receiving the 2021 J. James R. Croes Medal for his paper titled \u201cCalibration of Model Uncertainties for Fixed Steel Offshore Platforms Based on Observed Performance in Gulf of Mexico Hurricanes\u201d. The paper was published in the Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering in June 2020.<\/p>\n

Dr Jinbo Chen graduated from master\u2019s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from National University of Singapore in 2013.<\/p>\n
