The Department congratulates Irwin Hafiz B Hairy, Tan Kai Yi, Goh Yan Jie, Fung Chun Chang and Phan Do Phuong Uyen, who won the 2nd Runner up at the \u201cIHL Productivity Challenge 2017\u201d, organised by Building & Construction Authority. The project-based competition required participants to propose buildable systems and construction methods which at the very minimum satisfied the Buildable Design and Constructability scores that were set out.<\/p>\n
