All DBE students and research staff are welcome to participate.<\/p>\n

Safety Suggestion Box<\/strong>, located at SDE2 Level 2 Corridor (Next to Safety & Health Notice Board)<\/p>\n

\n\t\tWhat is a Safety Suggestion?\n\t<\/h3>\n\t
    \n
  1. It is any suggestion that aims to improve safety conditions in the laboratories at the Department of the Built Environment (Location: SDE2 Level 1, 2 & 3 )<\/li>\n
  2. It can include how to correct an unsafe act or condition, how to improve housekeeping, etc.<\/li>\n
  3. It should be new and original.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\t\tHow does it work?\n\t<\/h3>\n\t
      \n
    1. All students and research staff in the Department of the Built Environment are eligible to participate.<\/li>\n
    2. Submit your completed safety suggestion form through\u00a0google form<\/a>\u00a0OR drop it into the Safety Suggestion Box, which is located at SDE2 level 2 Corridor<\/li>\n
    3. Members in the Safety & Health Committee are restricted from participation due to conflict of interest.<\/li>\n
    4. The Safety & Health Committee will review and evaluate the safety suggestions every half a year (Last day of Jun and December)<\/li>\n
    5. Participant who proposes the best safety suggestion will get a $30 NTUC Voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t
