Research Interest
Kongpyung “Justin” Moon is an Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator of the Fabrication Futures Lab in the Department of Design at the National University of Singapore. His research intersects digital fabrication, material science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and interaction design. His works are published in top HCI and manufacturing venues such as ACM CHI, ACM UIST, and Additive Manufacturing. His works have also been exhibited at Ars Electronica (Austria), Tate Britain (UK), and the Barbican Centre (UK).
Justin has a PhD from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) specialising in 3D-Printing functional materials, received an M.Arch from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, and holds a B.Arch from Middle East Technical University.
