Kesu

A bin that minimizes passive smoking by channeling all discarded cigarette butts into a chamber where it's being extinguished.
A subtle and discreet infrastructure with a form similar to a bollard, it blends into the urban environment easily and it's not intimidating for smokers to smoke around it.
The concealed hole discourages disposal of other rubbish .
