Dodecables: Experiencing Words with Superhumans
designed by: Jeanna Goh

Finding new ways of learning by observing Superhumans (my redefinition of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder children), Dodecables explores the possibility of incorporating the learning of words with play. By physically building up words, teachers can implement an interactive way of learning how letters make sounds, and sounds when combined can make words, and words making sentences. The interactive and tactile learning kit designed with the heightened traits of ADHD children engages and excites not only SuperHumans but normal children as well. Dodecables is a platform that shows how SuperHuman abilities can be used as a learning tool for the future generations, suggesting that perhaps what is seen as a disability now can be used as a learning method for the children of tomorrow.

Dodecables is an interactive learning tool that engages, excites and allows children to learn through phonics.
