Paint is symbiotic with surface
designed by: Stephanie Goh

An explorative piece, exhibited at the P is for Paint exhibition at the NUS museum. Paint exists in a relationship with its surface, where both are dependent on each other. Symbiosis occurs as the surface gives form to the paint, and the paint gives protection to the surface.

Progressive symbiosis occurs, because while Paint and Surface are both biologically non-alive entities, they can come together and enable Life. Life that grows abundant in the pockets of spaces between surface and paint.
