Home artefacts often remind us of a time that has passed, but what if they point towards the time we may have left with our loved ones? Nectar is a bespoke timepiece that relies on the slow evaporation of fragrance oils calibrated to each family member’s life expectancy. Meant to be purchased as a set, their receding levels are symbolic of the finite time we have left.
Levit8 is a portable sit-stand desk, with a twist. Experience the magic of origami - no parts, no assembly. Originating from the age-old box spiral fold, it is stable and can be shapeshifted into a flat folio with one folding gesture. Levit8 was 1461% funded on Kickstarter in 2015 and now sells in selected stores.
Designed with Letitia Lim and Poh Hui Qing
The Beaded Nyonya porcelain collection celebrates the beauty of cross-cultural dialogues. It is birthed from an unlikely marriage of traditional Peranakan beadwork and glazing techniques. Nyonya beadwork is distinguished by small beads, stitched one-by-one. Here, a familiar flower bouquet motif is translated colour-by-colour onto a fine white porcelain body.
