We teach a potent combination of Design Thinking, innovation methods, and a clever mix of artistic, humanistic, technological and business disciplines. Our graduates are enabled to take up highly-valuable and versatile roles as creative designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of change.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1905, the National University of Singapore (NUS) is the largest and most respected university in the nation. NUS is Singapore&#8217;s flagship university consistently ranked among the top two universities in Asia and 11th (QS) in the world. DID was founded as Singapore&#8217;s first university-level programme in Industrial Design in 1999, ranked 30 in the 2025 QS World University Rankings by Subject: Art &amp; Design.<\/p>\n<p>The faculty position serves to strengthen scholarship in areas related to (Industrial) Design.
