class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">On 10 July 2026, E6NanoFab hosted 25 participants from the NUS Science Summer Institute (SSI) for a laboratory tour showcasing advanced semiconductor technologies and research capabilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The visit commenced with presentations by Dr Manohar Lal and Ms Huang Lixia, introducing E6NanoFab and the Master of Science (Science and Technology) <span class=\"text-token-text-primary cursor-text rounded-sm\" data-placeholder-token=\"true\">[MSc (STO)]<\/span>, a programme offered by the NUS College of Design and Engineering, launched in 2024, which now features a Specialisation in Applied AI for Materials and Process Engineering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Participants toured E6NanoFab\u2019s state-of-the-art nano- and microelectronics fabrication facilities and the SHINE Advanced Packaging Lab gaining valuable exposure to semiconductor fabrication, advanced packaging technologies, and research opportunities at NUS.<\/p>\n<p>E6NanoFab extends its appreciation to the SHINE team and E6NanoFab team for their support in facilitating this meaningful learning
