This event was co-organised by Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association.<\/p>\n

Held on 27 August 2025, the Semiconductor Awareness Day at NUS brought students and industry together for a day of learning and exploration. Over 600 students participated, engaging with company booths, discovering career pathways, and connecting with industry professionals.<\/p>\n

The event also featured an Industry Talk segment with speakers from Micron, Applied Materials, and NXP, who shared valuable insights on innovations, career journeys, and future opportunities. In addition, students had the chance to connect with mentors through Mentoring SG<\/strong>, seeking guidance and advice directly from industry leaders.<\/p>\n

By bringing industry closer to campus, the event aims to inspire students\u2019 interest and strengthen the talent pipeline for Singapore\u2019s semiconductor sector.<\/p>\n
