Established in 1988, the award recognises individuals who demonstrate outstanding dedication and service to the IEEE Industry Applications Society. Professor Rathore\u2019s achievement marks a significant milestone, as he is the first recipient of the award from Asia and the Pacific (IEEE Region 10), bringing this recognition to NUS and Singapore.<\/p>\n

The award was presented at the Awards Luncheon during the 2026 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE) and IAS Annual Meeting in Vancouver, Canada, on 8 October 2026. The award comprises a plaque and a monetary prize of US$5,000.<\/p>\n
