*<\/strong>The graduation requirements for in-flight students from cohorts AY2022\/2023, AY2023\/2024, and AY2024\/2025 has been revised to include a minimum number of additional technical courses. The minimum number of additional technical courses students are required to read is based on year of matriculation and the normal programme duration (NPD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Technical courses may be taken in lieu of Systems Thinking, Creating Narratives and ^<\/strong>Sustainable Futures Pillars of the Common Curriculum. Refer to List of EE Technical Courses<\/a>. If you do not have sufficient space in these three pillars you will need to use your Unrestricted Electives to read the additional technical courses. You may refer to CDE website<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n

^<\/strong>Sustainable Futures: only if you have not<\/strong> read a course in the Singapore Studies pillar you can use CDE2501 Liveable Cities to satisfy Singapore Studies and read an additional technical course to satisfy the Sustainable Futures pillar.<\/p>\n

EE Poly Direct Entry students are required to read the Compulsory Bridging Courses PC1201<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0MA1301<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Students should not read more than 60 units of level 1000 courses<\/a>\u00a0towards their degree requirements.<\/p>\n

EE students are strongly encouraged to take Technical Electives from Specialisations in Robotics<\/a>, Internet of Things<\/a>, Advanced Electronics<\/a>, Space Technology<\/a>, Industry 4.0<\/a>, and Sustainable Electric Transportation<\/a> which can be used to fulfil unrestricted electives requirement to pursue their engineering interest in greater depth.<\/p>\n

Students reading the Innovation and Design Second Major will take either EG4301<\/a> or EG4301A<\/a> to fulfil the Integrated Project pillar. Given that EG4301\/EG4301A is a 12 units course, students taking either course will fulfil 8 units of Integrated Project pillar and 4 units of Unrestricted Electives.<\/p>\n
