Congratulations to Team Bumblebee who won the first prize in the Autonomy Challenge Award and Best Design Documentation at RoboSub 2022!<\/p>\n

RoboSub is an annual international competition in which student teams design and build autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) to complete a series of tasks in a pre-defined mission that mimics real-world applications, including maintaining heading and depth, attitude control, navigation, dropping a marker, and launching a torpedo.\u00a0Held at the University of Maryland in the USA from 27 July 2022 to 2 August 2022, RoboSub 2022 marked 25 years of the competition and the first time the event had returned to in-person attendance since the COVID-19 pandemic. <\/span>Team Bumblebee was among 39 student teams from across the globe who participated in the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Team Bumblebee comprises students from various disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science.<\/p>\n
