This research explores the dynamic interaction between the built environment and quality of life (QoL), which is crucial in developing senior housing typologies that promote meaningful living within community contexts.<\/p>\n<p>This research addresses critical gaps in understanding the built environment&#8217;s role in shaping older adults&#8217; QoL. Through collaborative solution development, the project will deliver practical, user-centred housing designs that are responsive to seniors&#8217; current and future needs.<\/p>\n<p>This study will also establish a baseline data set for a longitudinal study of senior housing typology and the QoL of older adults.
