Associate Professor Palani Balaya has been recognized by the American Ceramic Society (ACerS) as an “ACerS Global Ambassador” for his outstanding efforts in developing global collaboration and outreach for the Society’s initiatives, as well as for his leadership in the organisation of the Asia Pacific Ceramic Cooperation Summit (APCC Summit) held at the University in February this year.
