Measuring values are taken continuously so that users receive real-time insights into the fermentation process, from anywhere and anytime. It is already in use today in the beer making process. It saves time and effort by replacing laboratory analyses and hardware. It determines, among other things, the fermentation degree as well as the extract and alcohol content.
