On 23\u00a0Aug 2023, an eight-persons delegation from the Indonesian Ministry of Transport\u2019s Centre for Transport Safety and Security Policy visited C4NGP, ISEM. The delegation was led by Dr Eny Yuliawati, Head of the Transportation Security Policy Division of the Centre for Transport Safety and Security Policy. C4NGP & ISEM were represented by Prof Chew Ek Peng, Dr Li Haobin and Dr Harold Teng.<\/p>\n

A number of topics were discussed between our two sides, including the potential adoption and use of digital twins for the new Indonesian Capital City, Nusantara (aka ibu kota Nusantara or IKN) in Kalimantan, Borneo and how C4NGP, ISEM and NUS could assist, using our industrial and systems engineering expertise.<\/p>\n

Both sides exchanged ideas and thoughts vividly and agreed to keep in touch, as the new Indonesian Capital City project is a long-term one, with many great potential collaborations in the future.<\/p>\n
