On 18 October, Prof Goh Thong Ngee received the Ishikawa-Kano Gold Medal (IKA-Gold)<\/strong> award during the 2023 Asian Quality Network (ANQ) Congress<\/a>, hosted by Vietnam Quality Association of Ho Chi Minh city. This award is given to professionals from the field of quality management who made unique contributions to the cause of quality through work in development of theory, application and dissemination of quality principles, concepts and methods over at least 25 years in at least 3 countries. Only one award is given every 2 to 3 years. The IKA-Gold is the highest-level award of ANQ and amongst the highest in the world.<\/p>\n
