Fast car enthusiast Eric Li experienced a career transformation from an engineer to a management consultant. This is thanks to the MSc (Management of Technology and Innovation) [MSc (MOTI)] programme he read at the College of Design and Engineering, NUS (CDE).<\/p>\r\n

Eric, who is into F1 and motorsports, now drives R&D performance activities and manages engineering consulting projects in the automotive industry.<\/p>\r\n

Just how did his career shift gear after five years into his engineering job?<\/p>\r\n

Eric explains: “The MSc (MOTI) programme had prepared me well, especially when I was interviewing for the management consultancy role.
