A gift agreement signing and cheque presentation ceremony was recently held at NUS to expand the Masonic Charitable Fund Bursary.
This additional S$50,000 gift was made possible by Mrs Rosaline Wilson, and masons of Star of the East Preceptory and Priory and Sir Stamford Raffles Lodge.
At the ceremony on April 13, a gift agreement was signed by Dr Brian Shegar, Chairman of the MCF, Mrs Wilson, Director of Arian Corporation Pte. Ltd., and Professor Aaron Thean, Dean of CDE.
Dr Shegar and Mrs Wilson presented the cheque to Prof Thean on behalf of the MCF.
MCF has made previous gifts totalling S$175,000 to CDE. In recognition of this new gift, two bursary awards will be named after the Masonic Charitable Fund.
CDE deeply appreciates the Fund’s generous support in the future of our young people.
