On 5 October 2022, a gift agreement signing and cheque presentation ceremony was held at the National University of Singapore's College of Design and Engineering (CDE) to expand the .
The S$100,000 gift from The Masonic Charitable Fund (MCF) to CDE was made possible by Lion of Erin Lodge.
The gift agreement was signed by Dr Brian Shegar, Chairman of the MCF, Mr Bruce Blanckley, Worshipful Master Lion of Erin Lodge, and Professor Aaron Thean, Dean of CDE.
Dr Shegar and Mr Blanckley presented the cheque to Prof Thean on behalf of the MCF.
MCF has made previous gifts totalling S$75,000 to CDE and in recognition of this additional gift, four bursary awards will be named after The Masonic Charitable Fund.
CDE deeply appreciates the charity's generous support for the future of our young people.
