Er. Chan, founder and Managing Director of ECAS Consultants since 1996, has led the firm to prominence with over 200 professionals and numerous accolades, such as the Enterprise 50 Award (2018), Singapore Quality Class (2020), and multiple BCA Construction Excellence Awards. Under his leadership, the company excels in infrastructure consultancy locally and regionally.

Er. Chan has also significantly contributed to public and community service, holding various positions in professional bodies, including the Professional Engineers Board and the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES). He is set to serve as IES President (2024-2026) and has been recognized with numerous awards for his dedication, including the Ministry of Development Medallion (2015-2023) and the Dedicated Service Award (2017, 2022). He is also a benefactor and supporter of the National University of Singapore's College of Design and Engineering, actively engaging in internship placements and graduate recruitment. 

Mr. Kong is the Chairman of Seacare Holdings Pte Ltd and holds directorships at several companies, including Kota Assets, KW Ong Investment Holdings, and BioRenew Energy. He also serves as Special Advisor to the Board at SGP Global and is a Panel Member of the Strata Titles Boards (Ministry of National Development). He previously held leadership roles such as Deputy Chairman at Cathay Organisation and Foodfare Catering. Mr. Kong has also served as Group General Manager at United Engineers Ltd and was an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. He was a key figure in the development of several iconic hotels along Orchard Road in the 1970s. Additionally, he played a major role in significant projects such as the Central Expressway, Ngee Ann City, UE Square, Funan Centre and the Cathay Building, among others.

In addition to his business career, Mr. Kong has made significant contributions to public service and community activities. He served as President of the Singapore Contractors Association from 1991 to 1995, as Chairman of the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE) from 1996 to 2012, and he played the lead role in founding the Yellow Ribbon Project and Fund. His dedication to education is reflected in his establishment of the Kong Mun Kwong Scholarship in 2013 and the Kong Mun Kwong Medal in 2004. He has been recognised with numerous honours, including the Meritorious Service Award, Justice of Peace (appointed in 2000), and National Volunteer of the Year.

Mr. Lee has three decades of senior public sector experience. Prior to his current appointment, he was CEO of the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, where he advanced service and technology to benefit Singaporeans. Under his leadership, CPF Board enhanced its digital services, winning a Red Dot Distinction Award for their mobile app and a high-traffic website. He also increased public trust in CPF schemes and led CPF Board to be rated the top public agency in customer service and to win the Transformative Agency of the Year Award in 2022. Lee received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) for his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Lee served as Chairman of the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), one of the largest charities in Singapore. An NUS alumnus with degrees in Electrical Engineering and further education at Stanford, he has balanced innovation with social responsibility throughout his career, influencing both Singapore’s public sector and community services. He was a guest speaker for the 2021 Commencement at NUS.

Ar. Wong is a prominent figure in Singapore's architectural scene, renowned for his approach to conceiving integrated architectural and urban solutions to tackle the problems of the 21st century, such as climate change, population growth, and rapidly increasing urbanisation.

In 1994, he, together with Richard Hassell, founded WOHA and was named Designer of the Year at the 2008 President’s Design Award, the highest design accolade in Singapore. His work, characterised by its forward-looking 'green architecture', has garnered many architectural awards, such as the Aga Khan Award for One Moulmein Rise as well as the RIBA Lubetkin Prize and International Highrise Award for The Met. The practice was awarded the CTBUH Urban Habitat and Best Mixed-Use Building and World Architecture Festival World Building of the Year for Kampung Admiralty, and CTBUH Best Tall Building Worldwide for the Oasia Hotel Downtown in 2018 and for the Pan Pacific Orchard in 2024.

As co-founder of WOHA,  Ar. Wong has significantly contributed to Singapore's built environment. His extensive service includes roles in various advisory boards and committees - as a Nominating Committee member of the Lee Kuan Yew World City Prize and the DesignSingapore Advisory Board. Additionally, he dedicates time to the National University of Singapore, where he is a Professor in Practice and co-directs the Master of Science in Integrated Sustainable Design at the Department of Architecture.
