Peter Vincent NG is currently the Procurement Lead of the College of Design and Engineering (CDE) and Associate Director in the Central Procurement Office. He started out in the Office of Finance before moving to Dean’s Office at then Faculty of Engineering and finally moved to Central Procurement Office during the professionalisation of services. 

As a Certified Practitioner specialising in the field of Purchasing & Supply Management, he had worked in major project in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Shanghai and Sri Lanka in areas such as Deep Tunnelling Sewerage System, Cogeneration power plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Oil & Gas and Semi-Conductor Industry spanning over 25 years. His last notable project was Marina Bay Sands, Singapore’s first integrated resort which he saw from inception till completion.

In his current role as Procurement Lead and assisted by a team Procurement Specialist is to provide advisory on all procurement matter to CDE such as procurement policies, negotiation, commercial terms, assisting with vendor management and approvals on deviations.
