Mr. Chung is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director in the Ministry of National Development (MND), overseeing Science & Technology development and policy within Built Environment and R&D agenda. His previous appointment at JTC was the Group Director (Engineering) and Chief Sustainability Officer, driving engineering design, sustainability, digitalisation, and R&D plans. He has been instrumental in promoting sustainability in industrial infrastructure, collaborating with industry partners to reduce carbon emissions, promote circularity, and develop greener work environments. He was formerly the Director of Reclamation and Infrastructure Division at Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), leading innovative solutions to create Jurong Island with minimal disruption to petrochemical operations. He was featured in "Engineering a First World: 50 Feats That Transformed Singapore" for his role in the successful reclamation and integration of seven islets into Jurong Island. He played a crucial role in preventing silt from reclamation impacting refineries' water intake and sourcing sand globally for the project. He led a team that finished the project 20 years ahead of schedule, creating a corridor of pipelines that facilitated efficient transport of refined products, contributing to Singapore's petrochemical industry's success.

Mr. Chung is active in the industry as a board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) and a senior member of IES (leading the AFEO Sustainable City track). He collaborated with NUS in various projects, such as NUS-JTC Industrial Infrastructure Innovation Centre (NUS-JTC I3 Centre), driving innovation in industrial infrastructure. He advocated for "green" competencies, pushing short courses and collaboration with NUS to offer Professional Certificate in Sustainability for the Built Environment. He was the Guest Speaker for the NUS Commencement 2023 due to his contributions to NUS and national building.

Mr. Chung's extensive career encompasses pioneering engineering feats, sustainable development, research collaboration, and advocacy for "green" practices, contributing significantly to Singapore's engineering landscape and sustainability efforts.

Er. Jee serves as the Singapore Country Representative at AECOM, leading a team of close to 700 professionals. In this role, she drives strategic growth by catering to both public and private sector clients across various infrastructure and property sectors, including transportation, water, building, environment, energy and cost management. With over 23 years of experience, she has been involved in planning, design, project management, and construction supervision of large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in underground works like excavation, deep foundation systems, tunnelling, and land reclamation. 

Since joining AECOM in 2005, Er. Jee has held key leadership positions, including Executive Director of Transportation. Her focus lies in enhancing client service excellence, promoting quality and technical excellence, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. She is actively engaged in various professional organisations, serving on the board of the Professional Engineers of Singapore, as a council member and chair for the Business & Professional Practices Committee at the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES), and as a committee member of the Tunnelling and Underground Society of Singapore (TUCSS). She is also involved with NTU as an Industry Mentor and has held roles with the Institution of Engineers Singapore. 

Er. Jee maintains strong ties with her alma mater, participating as a Department Consultative Committee member and as a panellist for CEE alumni gatherings. She actively supports the department through initiatives like fundraising for bursaries, engaging with accreditation board panels, offering internships and career opportunities to students, and speaking at internship orientation programmes. Her multifaceted contributions reflect her commitment to the engineering field and the development of future engineers.

Ar. Seah is known for innovative and purpose-driven architectural designs.  He plays lead roles in projects including the Singapore Sports Hub and Our Tampines Hub, both pioneering models of complex integrated community, sports and lifestyle hubs in Singapore that enrich everyday life. He was recognised as one of URA’s 20 under 45 and Perspective 40 under 40 for his contributions to architecture and is a strong advocate for sustainable and inclusive design, particularly in Singapore's land-scarce context.

Ar. Seah served as the President of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) and was involved in developing the Industry Transformation Map for the architecture profession. His passion lies in exploring the social impact of architecture, exemplified by initiatives such as Goodlife Makan which won the President’s Design Award for its progressive approach to senior care and Heartware Network’s headquarters, an SIA Architectural Design Award winner which demonstrates how architecture can positively influence youth and nurture values.

Furthermore, Ar. Seah actively promotes public participation in the design of social and community spaces. He served as an adjunct design tutor at the Department of Architecture for over a decade and continues to contribute through the Industry Advisory Board.

Mr. Goh is the CEO and co-founder of Charge+, the largest EV charging operator in Singapore with over 1,000 charging points. Under his leadership, Charge+ is contributing to the nation's EV transition and also fast expanding across 5 regional countries. From 2017 to 2020, he served as CEO for New Energies at SP Group, and steered innovative energy projects including microgrids and green hydrogen systems. He started his career at Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), where he led the development of cleantech, urban solutions, infrastructure, and industrial solutions sectors. In a two-decade career at EDB, he pioneered national sustainability initiatives like SolarNova program and EV testbeds, and also contributed to Singapore’s economic development which included REC's solar manufacturing plant and the growth of the water industry. 

As an advocate for cleantech and sustainability, Mr Goh actively participates in conferences and media engagements. In 2014, he received the Public Service Medal (Bronze) for his public service and Public Service Innovation Award (Gold) for initiating the SolarNova program. Since 2018, he is on the Exco of the EDB Society including serving as the Treasurer. The EDB Society has been organising thought leadership events for the business community in Singapore. He has also played a significant role in growing the research capacity of NUS through supporting the establishment of Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS) and the Singapore Delft Water Alliance (SDWA) in NUS. He currently serves on the board of NUS Energy Studies Institute (ESI). In his NUS undergraduate days, he was the Chairman of the NUS Chess Club and Varsity Chess Captain.

Mr. Goh's impactful leadership spans academia, public service, sustainability advocacy and the EV landscape, contributing extensively to Singapore's green transition.

Mr. Singh is also the Founder and Chairman of three companies namely Fullerton Markets, PipBox Group and IWS Fintech. Fullerton Markets is a multi-asset brokerage offering services in currencies, stocks, indexes, bullion and crypto, recognised with over 20 industry awards including "Best Broker" and "Best Fund Safety" by World Finance. 

PipBox Group engages in digital marketing, education and events. It holds rights to all of Mr. Singh's books including his latest "The Magical Rule of 3," which reached #1 on Amazon. PipBox Group has been recently conferred the SME500 award for 2023. IWS Fintech specialises in fintech, blockchain, and Web 3.0 technologies. It is an award-winning company, recognised with Singapore's SME100 award for rapid growth and achievement. 

Mr. Singh is passionate about community service and founded Soulrich Foundation in 2019, a registered charity and qualified grantmaking philanthropic organisation under the tax deduction scheme in Singapore. The Foundation actively participates in local and regional charitable endeavours including initiatives like "Bag-to-School" in collaboration with Yellow Ribbon, "Mission 1114" with Focus on the Family and equipping underprivileged homes in Myanmar with solar lamps under the Foundation's own project, "Let There Be Light."

Besides his own Foundation, Mr. Singh also serves on the National Board of another registered charity called Gatekeepers as its current Vice President. He is deeply engaged in academic and educational roles, having delivered the NUS Alumni Lecture in January 2021 and served as a Guest Judge for NUS Business School Master’s Entrepreneurship Course (BMC5405S) for two years. Most recently, he was invited back as a guest for the Chemical Engineering (ChBE) Homecoming in November 2022 to share his inspiring story.
