Chen Huan is a PhD candidate at the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University, China. Currently, she works as a joint PhD student in Prof. Yuan Chao’s laboratory at the School of Design and Environment (SDE), NUS.
Her research interests focus on climate-sensitive planning and sustainable, livable cities. Specifically, her work centers on the identification of urban ventilation corridors, examining the impacts of ventilated versus non-ventilated corridors on heat and pollution, aiming to provide evidence-based strategies for urban ventilation design and planning.
