HAN Dongliang
Joint PhD Student
Han Dongliang is a Ph.D. candidate in School of Architecture at Harbin Institute of Technology in China. Currently, he works as a Joint Ph.D. student in Prof. Yuan Chao’s lab at SDE, NUS. His research specializes in urban microclimate, focusing on the impact factors of microclimate within urban open spaces at different scales. By conducting in-depth analyses of microclimate elements such as temperature, humidity, and wind speed variations, He aims to optimize architectural designs to enhance energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and sustainability. His goal is to explore the intricate relationship between microclimates and building, providing scientific foundations and practical solutions to create healthier and more livable built environments.
