Han Xiaodan is a Ph.D. candidate in School of Economics and Management, China University of Geosciences (CUGB), where she got a master’s degree in Geochemical environment.

Her research focuses on urban air environment management. Currently, she works as a Joint Ph.D. student in Dr. YUAN CHAO’s lab at SDE, NUS. The main goal of her research is to quantitatively analyze the moderating effect of urban form on the relationship between urban heat islands (UHI) effect and air pollution. Through this analysis, she expects to link the urban form, UHI effect and air pollution, and construct the impact mechanism analysis framework among them.
