Zhong Qikang is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Architecture and Art, Central South University (CSU), where he received his master’s degree.
His research interests include thermal comfort-oriented spatial design, healthy human settlements, and jogging-friendly communities. His work focuses on understanding how the built environment shapes human comfort, perception, and behavior, and on developing people-centered design strategies for healthier, more comfortable, and more sustainable living environments. He is committed to advancing human-centered and environmentally responsive design to enhance quality of life and support the sustainable development of cities and communities.
