ZHU Ruixuan
Research Assistant
Ruixuan Zhu was a research assistant in Dr. Yuan’s research team. During this period she focused on the impacts of anthropogenic heat emissions on indoor and outdoor environments. Her research interests covered urban wind environment, mechanical cooling loads and the public housing (HDB) design. Her studies helped bridge the knowledge gap between the complex aerodynamic physics and the real urban planning and design practices with computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
She holds a Master degree in mechanical engineering and a Bachelor degree in energy and power engineering. She is pursuing a PhD in engineering science at present.
