Qin Junjie is a Research Associate working under Dr. Nikhil Joshi, with current research focused on assessing the social value of twentieth-century architectural heritage in Singapore. She holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Conservation from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Before joining NUS, she worked as an urban planner in southern China for six years, participating in a wide range of heritage conservation projects—from historic cities and districts to individual historic buildings—with a particular focus on conservation policy development. Her research interests include data-driven urban conservation, preservation economics, and the design of incentive mechanisms for heritage management.
