Smile is a smart denture system that leverages on the existing typology of a denture, providing seamless integration of fall detection (PERS) and health monitoring capabilities designed in collaboration with GovTech. The location of the wearable in the mouth provides a rich source of bio-data such as saliva, breath and food intake for health monitoring.

A denture typology serves as a natural wearable for seniors who are already wearing one.

Smile comes in a comprehensive kit including a charging unit that displays captured biodata.

Through iterative prototyping and user testing, smile was designed collaboratively to meet the user’s needs.
