VocabScan is a supplement tool that aids lower primary school students in Chinese vocabulary learning. Contextual storytelling animations highlight the origin of words, allowing children to better understand their meaning. The word cards can be mixed and matched, allowing children to explore appropriate ways of phrasing. The animations are embedded in the AR scanning system to allow learning through interactive contextual references.
