Dr. Jung-Joo Lee, Associate Professor at the Division of Industrial Design, was invited to speak about her project on the future of people-vehicle interaction infrastructure with autonomous vehicle at STACKx Smart City 2024 conference, a global conference organised by GovTech for government leaders, tech professionals, and industry practitioners to come together and learn about the possibilities that Smart City technologies can bring. Together with Dr. Alok Prakash from Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART), and Dr. Graham Leedham from NTU, Dr. Lee spoke about how to be ready for the future when public transportations are operated with autonomous vehicles and how to design for citizen experiences for such future, based on her NRF-LTA funded project “Re-defining people-vehicle interaction and infrastructure for future mobility in Singapore”.
