(i) The Design & Engineering Scholars Scholarship is open to Singapore Citizens presenting with local qualifications.

(ii) Please note that the Design & Engineering Scholars Programme is not offered for the following group of applicants:

• Singapore Citizens presenting with international qualifications,
• Singapore Permanent Residents and International Students,
• Transfer applicants to NUS

(iii) Upon request, eligible scholarship holders from other organisations may be considered for entry into the Design and Engineering Scholars Programme, subject to meeting the shortlist and interview requirements.
