Mr Benoit Deschamps spent most of his career in STMicroelectronics from a semiconductor design engineer to now leading the Image Sensor R&D group. In this session, he will share his evolution from a technical expert to leading an international team, the changes in the industry that have impacted his career path, and the opportunities ahead for those with the skillsets. He will take this opportunity to explain how an Image Sensor works and the next challenges ahead!
